Support at every stage
Herbs with a long tradition in women’s wellbeing in Ayurveda.
Ayurveda has a dedicated tradition of care for women through the stages of life: the monthly cycle, pregnancy and the postnatal period, and the years around menopause. Each stage is associated with different needs, and herbs are chosen accordingly.
Traditional guidance emphasises rest, warm and nourishing food, and gentle movement, particularly during menstruation and after childbirth. Oil massage (abhyanga) is a widely practised daily or weekly ritual.
